Hi, my name is Warren McSkimming, owner and operator of Southern Safari Outdoor Adventures. Southern Safaris is an outdoor recreation business specialising in hunting and fishing based in the Maniototo, Otago, New Zealand.

I grew up in the Maniototo and have been hunting and fishing in the area for more than 20 years, I use my experience and knowledge to provide an unforgettable outdoor adventure.

I provide a wide range of world class adventures from stalking and chasing wild boar to trekking the Lammerlors Range. From duck shooting to camping, we have packages to suit all needs.

You can book a day trip off the east coast of Otago fishing for blue cod or book a weekend hunt with your mates.

You can stay in comfort in our home stay accommodation or enjoy the southern man experience camping out in high country huts dining by camp fire.

I also currently play professional cricket for the State Otago Volts and New Zealand A, having spent the last 10 years of my life as a professional cricketer playing cricket all over the world, the dedication and professionalism I have displayed in my sport I apply to my business. I enjoy meeting new people and sharing my passion for the great outdoors.
